Omgosh, 20 is SO not too old to go through recruitment. I promise! I think it fabulous that you are considering it <3 <3 As far as big/little, it doesn’t go by age. You may have a big who is younger than you, and that is totally normal. Your big sister should be someone who you look up to within the sorority, even if she may be younger.
